This pull request addresses

"Phone Number:" displaying duplicate information to phone number displayed in incoming task.
RONA was consistently the same value and not providing information currently needed.

by making the following changes

"Phone Number:" was displaying the same ani displayed in accepted tasks, to avoid redundancy it will now show dni.
