This adds support for the SSTP VPN plugin in NetworkManager from https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/network-manager-sstp., including:
network-manager-sstp-gnome: GTK3 and GTK4-based editor plugin and authentication dialog.spacingproperties during GTK4 UI generation (fixes "Invalid property: GtkCenterBox.spacing" error when opening the SSTP connection editor).I tested the changes in this PR: YES
