fix(multiagent): set empty text part data in parts for Artifact

Description

The A2A specification states that parts "must contain at least one part."

However, strands-agents emits the final TaskArtifactUpdateEvent without any parts data.

This fix ensures compliance by sending a TextPart with an empty string.

I'm not sure I follow, or agree with perhaps, the logic inside of if self.enable_a2a_compliant_streaming, but this patch makes sense to me given the defaulting we have above with final_content = str(result) if result else ""
