- Add ClearCacheHandler to clear site cache from context menu
- Register command for currentActiveSite and nonCurrentActiveSite
- Add optional progressTitle parameter to PreviewSite.clearCache
- Add CLEARING_SITE_CACHE message for standalone command
- Add telemetry events and success notification
