Update Terminology in Swkbd and Slightly Update Samples

• Clarifies the nn::swkbd::InputFormType enumerator's members' names.
• Sets the cursor that can appear in the Boxes input form type to appear by default.
• Updates the swkbd and erreula samples to correctly render swkbd and erreula, as well cleaning up their code. There was a call to VPADInit, for example which is a deprecated function.

Please keep the samples as they are for now.
They need to be properly reworked and ideally just be rendered with an sRGB colorbuffer entirely (WHB doesn't support specifying the colorbuffer format at creation).

Ok I reverted all the colour buffer changes but I just made the slightest change to keep the erreula sample more in line with the swkbd sample, I hope that's alright. It's all in the commit message but I'll copy paste it again here:

All this commit does is make the swkbd and erreula samples roughly equivalent in function

For example when closing the error viewer, SYSLaunchMenu() will be called to cause ProcUI to exit, just like how it is in swkbd. Also this adds sound effects for the erreula sample, much like what swkbd has already had for some time now.
