Summary: Replaced the flat entries array with hash‑prefixed buckets to make local CRUD operations. Added a safe, one‑time migration that runs automatically in every context (background, popup) and returns migrated data immediately. Fixed context menu type errors and label corruption. Kept public behavior the same while reducing full‑array rewrites. Let me know if you need any clarifications or changes to this.
