This change adds Log.d statements to the evaluate methods of RunBefores and RunAfters to indicate when the execution of @before and @after methods starts and ends. This allows us to know when setup and teardown sections start and end, and to isolate these in the logcat, to help error understanding. PiperOrigin-RevId: 867854119
