Add an optional `detail` field (Dict<String, String>) to the ErrorInfo type to support structured error metadata. Updates TI1 to reference the new field, adds TI6 describing the field, and adds it to the IDL class definition. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
