Description

This PR will add the latest community call. It will make it so the recurring community call events properly show up on the us-rse calendar. And it will fix typos in previous community call events for the sake of proper archiving.

(Note there are a lot of other commits on this pr that are not relevant/already merged)

Looks great, other than the February CC being two hours too early.

I know this has passed, but I think it's worth fixing just in case. I don't 100% recall the exact time the October or December ones started, but these also seem to not match the "Even Months Every 2nd Friday at 11AM PT". Not sure if we need to fix them all, but I would suggest at least fixing the February one so it's not accidentally used as the base for April's event and has the incorrect timing by default.

I believe these need to be shifted 2 hours later
