`pip check` failing

When working on conda-forge/resp-feedstock#1, I got a CI error:

+ pip check
qcelemental 0.28.0 has requirement numpy<2.0,>=1.26.1; python_version >= "3.9" and python_version < "3.10", but you have numpy 2.0.2.

Thanks for the alert. Poetry that builds qcel on master is much lacking in controls on dependencies, and supporting py37 makes for a lot of restrictions. Good news is that I've ripped out poetry in the next2024 branch. Until that's merged you might have to skip pip check (I often do on c-f recipes when pip specs are behind conda).
