[Feature Request]: simplify USB OTG feature selection

Which feature would you like to have?

I am trying to remove everything related to mass-storgae from built-in to Module-based in the Trixie console-only line of OS. I have changed everything to M that I could identify, but not everything is in the the same group of features, but when I try to modprobe dwc2, the system still says it is built-in.

Background to the request: OTG-Mass storage used to work in Bulleye 4 years ago, but now I cannot get it to work. With the things I moved to module mode, it works a little better (the content appears within minutes instead of after 45 mins), but still it is not functional (it takes too long for the content of the gadget to show up and I cannot copy files onto it).
