[Doc] list all installable packages in README or wiki #581
Description
The current wiki page is not well-maintained, with some broken links and outdated information. Additionally, it's challenging for a scoop newbie to find the needed Java packages without manually searching through the JSON files in the bucket/.
It would be helpful if the README or wiki could be updated to include a comprehensive list of all installable packages. This would make it easier for users to locate the necessary packages.
